Our Mission
We help women fight for life during their breast cancer journey with community, comfort, enjoyment and style. We want women to look at feel their best and, we strive to serve our community with what we know in technology and design. We will never stop fighting!

Hello. My name is Danielle Garrison.
The Journey Begins…
Soaking up the gorgeous Southern California sun as I stroll down the street with my sweet shih tzu Banshee. Depeche Mode’s Halo playing in my head. Thinking about how I’ll meet up soon with my husband Paul for a cocktail. Pure bliss. Relishing in these moments is important because you never know where life will lead you.
In 2011, I was planning the future and enjoying travel with my husband, career flourishing and always on the go with friends. However, something wasn’t right. A lump in my right breast kept steering me back to my doctor, who after the standard mammogram, repeatedly said it was just dense tissue. Nothing to worry about.
Wrong. A new doctor and tests proved stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma. It was a moment that I will never forget, along with checking into the hospital as a cancer patient for immediate surgery followed by weeks of radiation therapy. Then, another diagnosis several years later led me to a double mastectomy.
Thankfully, I beat it both times. Today, due to my own perseverance, my amazing doctors and the support of my family and friends, I am cancer free. My experience, however, left me forever changed. Today, I’m more vigilant about my health. I trust my instincts when I know something’s not right. I’ve also learned to stop and savor great moments, big and small, every day – something that’s not easy to do in today’s fast-paced world. It was during my mastectomy recovery that I decided I wanted to help other women like myself. The result is RavenPink – an essential go-to site where women can find enjoyment and comfort as they go through their own stages of breast cancer and move forward in their lives, just as I am today. Here in my blog, I’ll share new discoveries and favorite memories that come with each day, along with personal recommendations on everything from fashion to recipes and more. I also feature specialty products that I wish existed while going through my recovery, so I used my own breast cancer experience and many years in the fashion industry to design and create them myself.
