The Breast Juices
These juices are packed with vitamins for your breasts!
I often recommend making juices and smoothies. Not only is making a juice or a smoothie simpler than cooking a meal from scratch but it also provides you with a nutrient dense glass of deliciousness. I like to think of it as a direct deposit into each and everyone of our cells. If you are dealing with cancer or are implementing a cancer-free lifestyle balancing your meals is top priority. For some breast cancer survivors, soy seems beneficial. The study tied higher soy consumption to a longer life after breast cancer, especially for women with hormone receptor negative breast cancers — which tend to be aggressive, and don't respond to hormone therapy. Here are my 2 favorites that are full of anti-oxidants and cancer fighting properties.
